He has an experience of 10 years from the finest 5 Star hotel chain in India The Taj Group of Hotels and 12 years in Roppongi Hills, Tokyo. Inspired by St. Teresa of Kolkata, the city where he comes from, he is deeply focused in touching the lives of others in a positive way. This he intends to do through his food, vibrancy of the place, music and dedicated friendly service.
